The position is to be filled on a temporary basis for 6 months and is 100% remote. In this role, you will drive growth in service maintenance contracts and secure sustainable customer relationships through strategic B2B sales.

Your tasks
5. Sales & target achievement: Responsibility for sales targets and implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned territory.
6. Contract management: Active customer approach after warranty expiry for transfer to long-term service maintenance contracts.
7. Process optimization: Increasing efficiency in the service business (e.g. timely renewals, warranty conversion).
8. Direct sales: Independent preparation of offers and pricing for service contracts.
9. Interface function: Close cooperation with service management to identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
10. Customer consulting: Provision of all relevant information to facilitate contract transactions.

Your profile
12. Background: Completed studies or comparable practical work experience
13. Sales experience: Sound practice in the B2B environment, ideally in the life sciences, biomedicine or diagnostics sectors
14. Sales expertise: Confident handling ofconsultative selling techniques and experience in acquiring new customers(telemarketing/inside sales)
15. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to clearly convey added value.
16. Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, French or Italian - desirable
17. IT skills: Confident with MS Office, especially advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
18. Personality: Results-oriented team player with a strong business understanding and the ability to work remotely and independently in a matrix structure
