For our client we are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
This role is part of a strategic opportunity with several end customers currently in the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Support the SAP FSM Application Management Service environment
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets across L1-L3 support levels
* Provide operational support and incident resolution
* Support business users in day-to-day operations
* Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations within the SAP FSM landscape
* Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
* Ensure stable and efficient operation of the SAP FSM solution
Requirements:
* Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
* Proven experience within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment
* Experience handling support tickets across multiple support levels (L1-L3)
* Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently in an international environment
* Experience in international AMS organizations
* SAP Service Cloud or Customer Service experience
* Preferred based in Eastern Europe
Project Details:
