As Head of Department – Digital, Media and CRM (m/w/d), you’ll lead the collaboration of three core teams into a unified, customer-centric and digitally driven function. You’ll shape strategy, champion change, and leverage data, content, and technology to engage customers and grow brand value. This role sits at the heart of our marketing evolution, delivering impact through leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
We want you to:
* Set and steer the department’s strategy, business plan, and KPIs in full alignment with Hyundai’s corporate goals and future vision.
* Foster a high-performing culture of collaboration and shared objectives across Digital, Media, and CRM teams.
* Oversee departmental performance, structures, section leads, and budget to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Leverage digital technologies, media platforms, and customer data to create engaging brand experiences and drive business growth.
* Guide the development of targeted campaigns, CRM strategies, and web experience enhancements that improve customer engagement and conversion.
* Utilize performance analytics to inform decisions, optimize processes, and fuel creative development and content planning.
* Act as a champion of change by guiding teams through transformation, driving innovation, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
* Anticipate integration challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure smooth transitions for teams and markets.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration across departments to strengthen organizational agility and alignment.
* Ensure the department is prepared for future market shifts with forward-looking strategies and continuous improvement.
* Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key KPIs, progress of integration, and business impact.
* Lead, guide, and develop people by fostering clarity of purpose, aligning individual contributions with the company’s vision, and cultivating leadership within the team.
About you:
* At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing, including several years in a senior role at an automotive OEM.
* Minimum of 7 years in a leadership position with proven success in managing cross-functional marketing teams.
* Deep understanding of the True Fleet market and its sub-channels especially captive and non-captive leasing.
* Expertise in CRM strategy and execution, including industry best practices in customer lifecycle management.
* Strong background in media planning, digital marketing, and the strategic use of content and platforms.
* Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
* Confident communicator and collaborator with a strategic mindset and hands-on executional strength.
* Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
