As a Solution Architect, you will lead the technical onboarding of new clients, working closely with the client’s technical teams to understand their processes, systems, and integration requirements, and aligning them with our product capabilities and architecture. You work closely with the Business Product Owner, who owns the overall onboarding project and client communication, while you focus on technical discovery, solution design, and integration architecture. By identifying patterns across implementations and promoting reusable approaches, you help strengthen the platform and make future client onboarding faster and more predictable.
️ You will learn the current client onboarding process and the role of BPO, Product, and Engineering.
You will participate in client onboarding calls and technical discussions to become familiar with the process.
You will improve integration documentation and onboarding templates to make implementations more repeatable.
You will establish consistent technical onboarding practices that reduce ambiguity and rework.
You become a trusted technical advisor for both clients and internal teams during onboarding.
You have experience working as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or senior integration engineer in a B2B SaaS or platform-based environment.
You understand modern SaaS architectures, system integrations, and common integration patterns (APIs, authentication, data models, webhooks, etc.).
You are comfortable working directly with client technical teams, explaining integration concepts and guiding them through the technical onboarding process.
You are fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
You are based in Munich or Nuremberg, or within close proximity, and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
⚙️ You manage projects using Gantt-style plans and project-management tools to structure work and track progress.
You are familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum, and related tools (e.g., You are familiar with security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
