Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential, as we work across both German-speaking and international clients. What you’ll do Develop social-first concepts that go beyond individual assets Contribute to holistic campaigns - from big idea to activation Work closely with art direction, creation, and production Bring your own creative perspective and voice to the table Help shape brands in a way that connects culture, community, and content What you bring Several years of experience (mid-level) as a copywriter or concept creative - ideally in a creative agency environment A proven track record in developing original social media concepts Strong understanding of content planning, platform dynamics, and digital trends Skills Strong conceptual thinking - from insight to execution Excellent writing skills in both German and English, with a sharp sense for tone of voice Ability to collaborate closely with art direction to bring ideas to life visually Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaborative creative work What matters to us You combine strategic clarity with creative curiosity.
