AssociateNet is a prestigious national law firm seeking a Rechtsanwalt / Assessor Steuerberatung (m/w/d) for its Frankfurt office. The position focuses on advising corporate clients on international freight and service transactions within the framework of sales tax and legal matters. Candidates may have existing experience or be newly qualified.
Responsibilities
* Consult clients on all aspects of cross‑border goods and services traffic to optimize the VAT profile of supply and service chains.
* Support clients in entering new markets, including advising on restructuring within corporate groups.
* Prepare studies and support clients in fulfilling tax obligations and during tax audits.
* Develop offers, presentations, publications and self‑declarations related to indirect taxes.
* Assist in the conduct of appeals and court proceedings.
Qualifications
* Completed legal studies with at least satisfactory results.
* Focus on tax law and interest in indirect taxes and their convergence with tax‑crimes law.
* Analytical skills and talent for quickly grasping and presenting legal matters.
* Commitment, proficiency with MS Office, structured working style and teamwork.
* Willingness to travel and excellent German and English, spoken and written.
