💷 Pay: Target take-home/net pay around €2,800–€3,000 per month, subject to tax class, deductions and final payroll calculation

About the role
DARA People are recruiting for a Non-Inventory Manager to support a leading logistics and e-commerce client at their warehouse site in Cloppenburg.
You will manage a large and varied non-inventory stockholding across the site, including spare parts, operational equipment, consumables, furniture, chairs and general warehouse assets.
This is a partly hands-on, partly coordination-focused role. You will work with stock systems, inventory records, picklists, audits and dispatch activity, while staying close to the warehouse floor and the client’s on-site team.
Key responsibilities
* Manage non-inventory stock and asset records across the warehouse site
* Track items moving in and out of the facility
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, asset locations and stock movements
* Use internal stock / inventory systems to manage and track assets
* Work with inventory identification numbers, including UINs where applicable
* Carry out stock checks, audits and reconciliations
* Prepare picklists and organise stock for order builds
* Prepare and coordinate items for dispatch
* Resolve or escalate stock discrepancies
* Work closely with DARA People and the client’s on-site operations team
* Keep the stock control process accurate, organised and visible
Requirements
* Fluent or strong working German and English, written and spoken
* Experience in stock management, inventory control, asset management, warehouse administration, stores coordination or a similar role
* Confident using stock systems, inventory systems, databases or asset tracking tools
* Experience with stock checks, reconciliations, item movements or dispatch preparation
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with stock records
* Comfortable working fully on site in a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or operational environment
* Organised, reliable and able to manage daily priorities
* Happy in a role that is partly hands-on and partly coordination focused
* Must already hold an AÜG-workable right-to-work route for Germany
Desirable background
* Experience with Amazon stock, inventory or asset tracking systems
* Amazon UIN experience
* Experience with unique asset identifiers, serial numbers, barcode tracking or similar stock references
* Background in Amazon, e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment, 3PL, distribution or warehouse operations
* Experience managing spare parts, equipment, consumables, furniture, facilities stock or warehouse assets
* Picklist preparation, dispatch coordination or stock movement support
