The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. As a recruiting team, we are in charge of attracting the best international talents and experts in a changing work environment and at the same time creating the best candidate experience. In this way, we are responsible for the organization and communication of the entire application process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to designing and optimizing the internal and external recruiting process.
Your role and key responsibilities
For the ramp-up of our battery company, you will identify and hire the best, international talents, young professionals and superstars for our teams:
* As a sparring partner of the hiring manager, you are responsible for the recruitment and hiring of new colleagues, especially for executive profiles, together with the HR business partners, from approaching candidates to the handover to the onboarding team
* Screening applications, working with social networks such as LinkedIn and conducting interviews are part of your daily tasks
* Together with the hiring managers, you define the desired job profiles and support in optimizing them
* Recruitment of candidates through target group-oriented job ads in our job board, through active sourcing and via other channels, such as external personnel agencies
What you bring to the team
* Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree with focus on HR or similiar education
* Several years of work experience in an innovative recruiting team with focus on executive profiles
* Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors
* Fluent German and English language skills for our international team and the acquisition of diverse experts
