TASKS
* Combine your studies with hands-on project work and gain valuable practical experience
* Actively support the growth of ZEISS’ Corporate Volunteering Initiative “A Heart for Science”
* Help plan, coordinate, and implement volunteering projects across the company
* Take ownership of smaller projects and drive them forward independently
* Create and share engaging content for internal and external ZEISS channels
* Increase the visibility of volunteering initiatives through clear and creative communication
* Maintain and update websites, presentations, and internal materials
* Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and the ZEISS volunteer community
* Contribute to building and maintaining an overview of the STEM network and potential partners
PROFILE
* Completed Bachelor`s degree in the field of media management, sustainability, marketing communication or similar
* Proven project management skills, also in an international environment
* Experience with MS Office
* Create impact by working pragmatically, proactively and in a solution-oriented way
* Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
* Enjoy doing good for society through ZEISS activities
* Very good English skills (at least C1), German is a plus
STUDY PROGRAM
Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.
In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. All programs offer you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode.
