Opportunity and Summary of Position
The HR Business Partner, Europe will serve as a key people partner for Outlook Therapeutics’ growing European organization. You will support leaders and employees across core HR areas and help build scalable people practices. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy and regional leaders. You will work in a small company environment where priorities move quickly and partnership matters.
This is a hands on role for someone who operates with autonomy, wears multiple hats, and takes initiative without needing day to day direction. We are a lean team. You will own the day to day European HR needs and projects. You will help build the foundation as the company scales. You will approach ambiguity with a builder mindset and view challenges as opportunities.
Reporting Relationships
The HR Business Partner, Europe will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy.
Position Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders to support people strategy and day to day HR needs.
• Own day to day European HR issues and projects.
• Provide guidance across employee relations, performance, and development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce growth in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR operations and compliance.
• Help implement and improve HR programs and processes.
• Support change and organizational growth initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees in Europe preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, lean environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Builder mindset with comfort creating structure where little exists.
Travel
• Occasional travel within Europe.
