What you´ll do
* Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the fast-growing prefabrication construction segment
* Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders
* Take P&L responsibility for the prefabrication / modular construction segment in the region
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, application engineering, marketing, sales and product management to align solutions with market needs
* Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or related scientific field
* 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Engineering, ideally in adhesives or construction materials
* Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to prefabrication/modular construction
* Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record in business growth and transformation
* Highly proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German and English required
