Job Description
This role involves managing relationships with top 3rd party integrators to drive new business acquisition through a multi-faceted approach. As an IBAM, you will be responsible for working with the integrators to generate a pipeline of promising new seller leads and facilitating the business expansion of their sellers on other Amazon EU markets.
You will play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of these new sellers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are able to efficiently make their diverse product offerings available to millions of Amazon customers.
The role requires a unique blend of business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills, with responsibilities including:
* Establishing and managing 3P integrator relationships via ad hoc daily, weekly calls
* Identifying, prospecting and recruiting high-potential sellers from the Integrator seller pool to Amazon
* Cocreating a joint sales strategy with Integrators and training their account managers to onboard new sellers
* Managing seller outreach and recruitment campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media posts
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
* Drive new store expansion for all existing sellers of the top integrators
Account Management
* Enable integrators and sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and sales performance
Customer Advocacy
* Collect Voice of Integrator, Voice of Sellers on top pain points and funnel that into identifying ways Amazon can unblock new seller onboarding opportunities through Integrators

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS)
* Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
* Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
