Your responsibilities:
Coordinate and support technical and scientific activities of a Regulatory Affairs Team, e.g. by:
* Act as the primary liaison between Messer national subsidiaries and regulatory authorities for text (SmPC, PIL, and Outer Label) approval processes, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with EU and national regulations;
* Prepare and coordinate the review and approval process of service agreements between Messer Group and its national subsidiaries;
* Financial settlement of projects;
* Control of distribution of CEP + Letter of access.
Requirements:
1/ Education & Experience
* Background in science, clinical studies, or engineering with understanding of the healthcare product environment
* At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs
2/ Regulatory Knowledge
* Basic knowledge of EU regulatory and legal frameworks related to healthcare products, including:
* Medical devices, pharmaceuticals, plant protection products, or food legislation
* Regulatory terminology, guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
* Product information texts (SmPC, PIL, labeling) and QRD templates
* Regulatory authorities’ structure and processes
* Submission types, eCTD, SOPs, and GxP requirements (GCP, GLP, GMP)
3/ Skills & Competencies
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills in an international environment
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office
