* Understand, structure, and analyze (software) requirements for power systems
* Translate system software requirements into subsystem/component requirements
* Partition the software system into composable, modular building blocks leveraging specialized hardware capabilities

* Toolchain and ecosystem expertise
* Strong experience in embedded software architecture for digital switched-mode power supplies on Cortex-M multicore platforms, including structured system decomposition and efficient use of hardware-accelerated features
* Solid background in requirements engineering for power systems, covering analysis, structuring, and translation of system-level requirements into subsystem and component-level software requirements
* Proven, hands-on expertise with ModusToolbox (necessary), including deep practical knowledge of the Device Configurator (must-have) for peripheral, pin and hardware feature configuration
* Demonstrated experience working with Early Access Packs (EAP), including evaluation of new features, integration into existing software stacks and handling of pre-release toolchains and SDKs
