We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues joining our teams:
The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels acts as a strategic liaison between Corporate Information Security and the Hotels Companies within the Liebherr Group. This role ensures that cybersecurity strategies are embedded in hotel operations, digital guest services, and facility management. The SBP will drive proactive engagement, risk-based decision-making, and tailored security solutions that support Hotel’s business objectives.
1. Translate Hotel’s business needs into requirements for security solutions
2. Lead and support security projects, contribute to Business and IT Projects in collaboration with Hotels division
3. Define remediation plans and lead implementation to close audit findings for Liebherr Hotels
4. Translate technical risks (e.g. data breaches, ransomware) into business impacts for hotel operations
5. Support incident response, security investigations and remediation actions
6. Promote a culture of security across hotel teams and leadership
7. Support information security audits of Hotels Division
8. Close collaboration with Hotels Division, IT and Security Teams
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
9. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering
10. A minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally in hospitality or retail
11. Experience with frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST
12. Experience with hospitality technologies (e.g., PMS, POS, loyalty systems, guest Wi-Fi, smart room tech)
13. Strong project management skills
14. Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous: CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternatives
15. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
16. English is a must, German and French are a plus
