In this role, you will be responsible for International Sales and Marketing of Plastics, Electric materials, and Specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, proficiency in B2B sales, and commitment to delivering superior service. Eligibility Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner Not eligible: Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship, Working holiday, Graduate, Freelance Work Type: Hybrid Visa Support: No Benefits: Pension, Various bonus schemes, Social benefits, Health checks etc. Contract & Working Hours Type: 2 years’ contract, full-time (There is a possibility to make the position permanent, depending on performance) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 38.5h / week - flexible working hours Salary: up to €60,000 depending on experience + performance based bonus, Christmas bonus, and holiday payment Start: ASAP Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Benefits: Various bonus schemes, 30 days of paid holiday, company pension, generous social benefits including shopping cards and luncheon vouchers, training courses, and heath checks Responsibilities International Sales and Marketing of Plastics, Electric materials, Specialty chemicals Contact with existing and potential customers globally for sales and business topics Negotiation with suppliers and customers for business contract and agreement Enhance relationship with customers and suppliers to expand business Supervise delivery and stock operations to ensure stable supply to customers Trade risk control and Credit line management Collect information of customers, suppliers, and markets to be shared among the team to discuss and create proper strategy Strengthen sales and distribution activity by sourcing new materials, improving the operation, networking actively in the market New business development in plastics industry, including commodity and engineering plastics Ideal Candidate 2-3 years’ experience in B2B Sales preferably in the chemical, plastics, packaging, or automotive sectors Bachelor's or master's degree or commercial apprenticeship Experience in international sales or marketing Business level fluency in English Willingness to travel (30%) Proactiveness in investigating the market and estimating business opportunities Confidence in an international environment All applicants for the Polymer & Specialty Materials Sales Executive must have the right to work in the country as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
