Compartmented Programs Security Manager

In this position, you’ll bring your security subject matter expertise to work on projects for a combatant command. You’ll administer and enforce policy and procedures governing the use of sensitive intelligence in compliance with Intelligence Community (IC) and Compartmented Access Programs (CAP) Program Management Guidance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and manage access lists for assigned and accessed control systems, compartments, and sub-compartments, including billeted and bigoted programs in coordination with the applicable CAP managers to ensure incorporation into appropriate classified systems related to joint missions.
You’ll guide the work we do for sensitive activities and the solutions we deliver related to the execution of CAP, SAP and Collateral Security Programs across the combatant command and components.

You Have:
1. Experience with Control Officer responsibilities
2. Knowledge of CAP and SAP access controls, Scattered Castles, Joint Access Database Environment (JADE), Defense Information System for Security (DISS) NTK Toolkit, Pulse, Haen, or SharePoint
3. Ability to inform senior leaders of key insights derived from exquisite intelligence as they relate to the potential impact on combatant command operations, activities, and investments
4. TS/SCI clearance
5. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in DoD Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Technical Operations (STO), or 8+ years of experience in DoD SAP and STO in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
6. Experience managing Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and access control lists
7. Experience with program management and mentoring team members related to security protocols
8. Ability to support the development and implementation of sensitive compartmented plans and drive operations
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
