For our esteemed client in the energy technology and power transmission sector, we are looking for a Project Engineer HVDC (m/f/d) for the location in Berlin. Your tasks:
* Planning, designing, and implementing item designation solutions according to industry standards (RDSPP, NKS, IEC) and project requirements
* Creation, processing, and management of item designations and equipment registers in databases and Excel
* Ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability throughout the full data lifecycle
* Acting as technical project owner for asset register and system breakdown structure
* Documentation of item designation processes, decisions, and deliverables
* Coordination with Engineering teams, Project Management, customers, and suppliers
* Management of technical requirements, schedules, and deliverables ensuring timely and compliant delivery
Your qualification:
* Master´s degree or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
* Experience in system breakdown structures, asset registers, and item designation across engineering disciplines (HV systems, LV systems, Electrical distribution, Automation)
* Proficiency in Excel and database management tools for engineering and asset management
* Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
* Team player with ability to work in multicultural environments and meet deadlines with high quality
* Language skills: English (mandatory), German (fluent)
