Process Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Process Development Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in engineering, particularly in hydraulics, water treatment, or environmental solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient processes, including project timelines, resource allocation, and component selection. They will also be expected to create detailed diagrams of piping and instrumentation systems (P&IDs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
This role requires a high degree of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Developing comprehensive process designs, including timelines, resources, and component requirements;
* Creating detailed P&ID diagrams to visualize system components and interactions;
* Implementing new processes or modifying existing ones to enhance productivity and quality;
* Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to resolve issues;
* Preparing thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and outcomes;
* Detecting and resolving process-related problems promptly;
