Job Title: Community Engagement ManagerBabelforce is a leading customer service delivery platform.We're seeking a skilled professional to build and scale our high-quality events and community engine, strengthening our ecosystem with prospects, customers, partners, pipeline, advocacy, and brand affinity.Key Responsibilities:Owning the events program end-to-end: strategy, calendar, budget management, logistics coordination, vendor oversight, performance measurement.Partnering with Sales to align events with target accounts and regions, supporting outreach, on-site meetings, follow-up activities.Building community touchpoints: intimate roundtables, field events, meet-ups, partner activations, speaker slots.Collaborating with Marketing on promotions: audience development, email/social/partner co-marketing, press and speaker operations.Managing event logistics: venue selection, audio-visual equipment, branding standards, speakers, demos, creating a premium experience.Establishing a personal profile as a visible connector in our ecosystem (online and offline).Closing the loop: documenting outcomes, sharing insights, improving future events (content, format, targeting).Requirements:Must-haves:Fluency in English & German.3+ years in events/field/community marketing (B2B Software preferred).Proven track record running multi-event calendars (owned + sponsored) end-to-end.Hyper-organized, deadline-reliable, calm under pressure.Comfort working on-site at events and traveling regularly.Soft Skills:Relationship builder: enjoying meeting people and making follow-up feel natural.Bias to action: driving own achievements, unblocking, escalating, or improvising to keep momentum.Audience empathy: designing experiences people genuinely want to attend.Storytelling: turning event moments into content and internal narratives.Commercial awareness: thinking in outcomes (meetings, pipeline, retention), not just activities and brand.Cross-functional diplomacy: aligning Sales/Marketing/Partners with clear expectations and operational execution.Attention to detail: from run-of-show to name badges to post-event emails.
