About This Role
* Lead the Customer Service team, driving efficient order-to-cash operations and delivering timely claim resolution.
* Maintain accurate KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across regions.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP (SD module preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud desirable). A good command of German and English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.
