Job Summary
To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do
* Responsible for spare parts management
* Receiving and checking incoming goods
* Complying with standard customs regulations
* Inventory control including regular analyses
* Creating and editing delivery notes
* Assignment and labeling of goods with MSTK numbers and their proper storage
* Inventory optimization
* Inventory
* Coordinate material requirements planning using SAP system
* Creation and support for material master data maintenance
* Tracking and analyzing maintenance costs
* Working in screen dialog with the required software
(SAP, SAP-PM, P2, MS Office)
* Participation and management of local and central projects related to spare parts
* Participation in WCM teams
* Participate in the migration from SAP R3 to S4/HANA
* Active participation in the global network
Mainly responsible for the apprenticeship in the warehouse
We believe you have
* Ideally, you have a technical education with relevant SAP knowledge
* Technically, five years with relevant experience in systems such as SAP and ARIBA
* Expertise in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* WCM experienced
* PC skills with the relevant software
* You are flexible and grasp complex relationships quickly and efficiently
* You are characterized by analytical, conceptual and networked thinking
* You possess strong communication skills and work in a solution-oriented manner
