CEO Positioning: Strategically position the CEO as a thought leader in key business, political, and societal discussions across Germany and internationally. Corporate PR (Germany): Manage brand-level PR activities for TÜV SÜD in Germany including media relations, press releases, and interviews focusing on brand-level topics Regional Corporate PR Support: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support local brand-level PR initiatives. Media Monitoring: Oversee monitoring and analysis of media coverage to identify risks, opportunities, and trends relevant to TÜV SÜD and its leadership. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts; act as a spokesperson when needed. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing small team, providing guidance and support to achieve strategic objectives. Qualifikation Extensive experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally in a complex, international environment with senior management involvement Strong background in crisis communication, with a proven ability to manage high-pressure media situations Experience in executive communications, including CEO profiling and thought leadership positioning Understanding of the German media landscape, as well as experience supporting regional communications Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Strong writing and content development skills, including press materials, speeches, and messaging Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability, comfortable balancing planning and operational delivery Collaborative and diplomatic, with strong stakeholder management across functions and regions Weitere Informationen The Head of CEO Press Office plays a critical role in protecting and promoting the TÜV SÜD brand through high-impact communications.
