Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Frankfurt
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of corporate legal matters, with a focus on group governance, cross-border operations, and legal advisory support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of governance structures and legal processes across international entities.
* Provide legal guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate and operational matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements and governance materials.
* Collaborate with global teams to align legal practices and manage cross-border legal risks.
* Contribute to legal training and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
* Assist with the preparation of key meeting materials and support related documentation needs.
* Participate in legal projects and initiatives as required.
Your Profile:
* Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in corporate legal roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of corporate law and governance. Exposure to employment, tax, or regulatory matters is a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
* Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident working across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
