WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to join our fast-growing brand. This is a full-time internship (min. 35 hrs/week) ideal for Erasmus or study-program students. Please note: We cannot sponsor internship visas for non-EU citizens. YOUR MISSION This internship is based on learning by doing – this is not a school! You’ll take ownership of marketing and sales tasks, contributing to the development and promotion of our AW26 and SS27 collections, including: • Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and sales campaigns • Conducting market research and analyzing sales trends • Managing our website and e-shop (Squarespace / Meta Business Suite), including product updates and analytics • Supporting content creation and community management on social media • Identifying sponsorship and collaboration opportunities for brand events • Drafting partnership proposals, media kits, and business cases • Helping to organize fashion shows and crossover events—both physical and digital WHO YOU ARE • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field • Passionate about fashion, luxury, streetwear, and startup culture • Proficient with MacOS (Keynote), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and Squarespace is a plus • A fast learner with strong organizational and time management skills • Fluent in English (professional level); German, Polish, or Mandarin is a plus • Proactive, curious, and independent with a problem-solving mindset WHAT WE OFFER • Real responsibility and ownership in a creative, fast-paced environment • Deep insights into B2B/B2C/D2C fashion business and international trade • Involvement in our upcoming SS26 and AW26 collections, fashion shows, and campaign launches • Coaching opportunities with senior partners from McKinsey • Office perks: daily warm homemade lunch, La Marzocco espresso, fruits/snacks, and drinks • Public transport (Berlin AB zone) ticket fully covered HOW TO APPLY Please send us your CV a PDF with your answers to the following questions.
