Responsibilities:
1. Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for employees on general HR-related questions and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from organizational topics to HR programs and policies.
2. Collaboration: Working closely with HR Business Partners on operational and selected strategic HR topics while actively contributing your own ideas and perspectives.
3. Recruiting: Managing the full recruitment process for different target groups, from job postings and interview scheduling to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. HR Operations: Ensuring the structured and efficient execution of administrative HR processes, maintaining HR systems, and being responsible for the preparation of employment-related documents, reports, and analyses.
5. Coordination & Alignment: Coordinating with temporary staffing agencies, particularly in the blue-collar environment, as well as aligning on selected topics with the Works Council.
6. Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contributing actively to HR projects such as the digital personnel file or grading initiatives, challenging existing processes, and proactively driving improvements forward.
Qualifications:
7. Education: A degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable commercial qualification forms the foundation for this role.
8. Professional Experience: You have already gained practical experience in a generalist HR role and are eager to continue developing both professionally and personally.
9. Expertise: Good knowledge of labor law and confidence in handling administrative HR processes complete your profile.
10. HR Systems: You are familiar with common HRIS and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar applications.
11. Languages: In addition to excellent German skills, you have good written and spoken English skills.
12. Working Style & Personality: A structured, pragmatic, and reliable way of working, combined with professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics, as well as the ability to think critically and contribute proactively, set you apart.
