Small IT unit, big responsibility – shape our digital future As an IT Change Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our two-person IT team and, together with your colleague, be responsible for managing and further developing our IT system landscape. You will ensure stable and secure operations and actively drive digitalization around Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, the cloud, and AI. IT & Change Manager (m/f/d) – Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 / Cloud What you’ll be doing with us Microsoft 365 – Stable Operations & Smart Development You will take on the system and service management of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operations. You will continuously administer, support, and further develop the environment—with a focus on efficiency, security, and user-friendliness. User Support & IT Support – Solution-Oriented and Close to the Business You will support our employees with core business applications. You analyze and resolve incidents within the framework of a structured incident and problem management process. You identify root causes and develop practical solution strategies. You communicate technical content clearly and conduct user training sessions. Change Management & Quality Assurance – Structured and Forward-Looking You plan, evaluate, and manage changes within our IT landscape. You conduct risk analyses and oversee testing and quality processes. You document changes transparently and continuously optimize existing IT processes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Operations, Optimization & Further Development You are responsible for the system operations, administration, and support of MS Dynamics 365. You will oversee releases and manage changes in close coordination with the business departments. You will further develop the solution functionally and adapt it to new requirements. What You Bring to the Table Must-haves Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) Experience in IT operations or system administration Practical experience with Microsoft 365 A structured, solution-oriented approach to work Interest in IT service management and clear processes Strong communication skills when interacting with users and business departments Nice-to-have Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Knowledge of Azure or the Power Platform Understanding of integrations and interfaces (APIs, data flows) Experience in change, incident, or problem management Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection Experience in IT projects or digitalization initiatives Don’t meet every requirement?
