Your Mission
You will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on HR operations, administrative excellence, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
HR Operations & Administration
* Preparing employee documentation (contracts, amendments, certificates)
* Managing and updating personnel records in our HRIS
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
* Coordinating medical check-ups and mandatory trainings
* Maintaining attendance records, supporting time tracking and absence management
* Organizing trainings and responding to employee inquiries
* Providing general administrative support to the HR department
Payroll Support
* Supporting accurate payroll preparation including new hires, terminations, and absences
* Ensuring seamless data flow between HR and payroll teams
Reporting & Compliance
* Keeping audit-ready documentation and ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor law requirements
What You Bring
* Proven experience in HR operations and administration; basic payroll knowledge is a plus
* High attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English and ability to work in an international team
* Professional and discreet communication style, ability to handle sensitive data
