Varjo’s VR and XR solutions are already being used to train fighter and helicopter pilots, design vehicles, and we aim our technology to become the standard for professional Defence & Aerospace Training. Job Description Varjo is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Account Executive to acquire new customers and drive business growth in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands). Based in our Munich office, located near Munich Airport, we expect you to work on-site at least two days per week. You will work closely with the Central Area Manager in covering the entire region. In this role, you’ll help organizations adopt the world’s most advanced virtual and mixed reality products. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth by managing the full sales pipeline, from qualified lead to closed deal, while engaging daily with prospects and customers from some of the world’s leading enterprises. What you’ll be doing Drive sales growth: acquire new business by taking ownership of your sales pipeline from qualified leads to closed deals Professionally engage with prospective customers to build trust, identify needs, provide value, and close business, across a variety of channels Work closely with Sales development Representatives, Solution Engineers and Area Manager to drive new sales opportunities Maintain a high level of activity and work ethic to continuously meet and exceed sales targets and land new customers Develop a high level of domain expertise within VR/XR, our products, and our customers’ businesses Our expectations 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware, software, defense, or aviation sectors Proven track record of closing business and exceeding sales targets Team player with lots of energy and entrepreneurship spirit Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills in German and English. Proven ability to handle, evaluate, utilize sales data and insights effectively.
