2. Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen administrativen Abläufe
3. Sicherstellung termingerechter und vollständiger Versandabwicklung
4. Kontrolle von Versand- und Frachtdokumenten sowie Systembuchungen
5. Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards
6. Ansprechpartner für operative Themen und Eskalationen
7. Abstimmung mit Lager, Transport und externen Dienstleistern
8. Unterstützung bei Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender
Dein Profil
9. Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder kaufmännisch
10. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Warenausgang / Versand / Logistik
11. Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Vorteil
12. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Lager-/ERP-Systemen
13. Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
14. Hohe Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
15. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
