You will in collaboration with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders provide consultation to our business leaders on the full suite of people development related matters that contributes to organizational and business performance. Support organizational transformation and large-scale initiatives by working closely with critical stakeholders and Transformation team to develop and implement people development solutions that enable employees to adapt to the new processes, systems and culture. Enable business build future ready workforce by identifying current and future capability needs, gaps to close and drawing up people development strategy to address the gaps effectively. Implement Global Employee Listening activities (e.g. Onboarding survey, global employee survey), global co-ordination, vendor management, data collection and monitoring, preparing analysis and reporting to facilitate management discussions on action planning Experiment, continuously improve and scale enabling formats, processes and methodologies (e.g. knowledge transfers) that fosters growth mindset across the organization globally in a Lean manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
