This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager for the Vertical Electronics and Semiconductors, covering a maternity leave for a limited period.
You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving engagement within this dynamic sector.
What are your responsibilities?
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Electronics and Semiconductors vertical, aligning with global and regional business objectives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the Electronics and Semiconductors industry.
* Collaborate with sales teams, product management, and other internal stakeholders to create compelling messaging and value propositions for our solutions.
* Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
* Create and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future activities.
* Support the development of sales enablement tools and materials to empower our sales force in the Electronics and Semiconductors market.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Siemens Digital Industries within the Electronics and Semiconductors community, building relationships and fostering engagement.
You’ll win us over by:
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial, B2B, or technology sector.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
* Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade fairs abroad. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely for the majority of the time, with occasional visits to our Plzeň office required.
