Senior Field Service Technician
You may be our new Senior Field Service Technician who will travel the world supporting our systems.
* Ensure the most efficient operation of our packaging lines on customer site, taking into account economic and technical aspects.
* Perform systematic analyses to identify root causes of problems and achieve a permanent solution or prepare a detailed problem description if the cause cannot be identified.
* Analyze and resolve malfunctions, both mechanical and electronic, and automation.
* Support optimization of prototype machines on customer site.
* Install rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment with high level of customer satisfaction.

Our Senior Field Service Technician must have excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. They must strive for high customer satisfaction and deliver excellent solutions for the customer. They should have demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment efficiently.
We Are Looking For
* Completed vocational training in mechatronics / electrical or automation engineering.
* 5-10 years of technical/equipment/machinery experience in an equipment manufacturing service-based industry involving all levels of complexity.
The Ideal Candidate has strong communication skills and is willing to travel worldwide. They are self-motivated, proactive and results-driven individuals who can create new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
