About The Job
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our client and develop its Human Resources strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on owning and continuously improving the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while building a best-in-class hiring operation. You will work closely with the founders and hiring managers across all departments, acting as a strategic partner to secure top talent. Our client is a cutting-edge dual-use technology company specializing in autonomous unmanned ground systems for defence and commercial applications. In This Role, You’ll
* Own and continuously refine the full-cycle recruiting process for efficiency and consistency.
* Lead and mentor our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
* Collaborate closely with founders and department heads to design and execute a strategic recruiting roadmap.
* Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies across both technical and non-technical functions.
* Manage and expand our talent acquisition tech stack to ensure optimal workflow and precise reporting.
* Build a strong employer brand through strategic initiatives, content, and campaigns.
* Leverage data-driven insights by defining KPIs and tracking recruiting metrics.
* Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
Your profile:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven ability to build and scale hiring operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Experience recruiting for a diverse range of functions, including technical, operations, finance, and commercial roles.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* An analytical mindset with a track record of using recruiting data to drive process improvements.
* Proficiency with modern recruiting tools such as Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.
* A structured and proactive work style with a strong sense of ownership.
* Excellent communication skills in English is a must; German is a plus.
