Your responsibilities
* Ownership of shaping and operationalising the global business process landscape for Rodenstock’s Instruments business by defining, implementing, and continuous improvement of operational end-to-end processes
* Establishment of clear, transparent, and performance-driven operational processes across the full lifecycle – from budgeting and planning to order management, installation, customer service, and replacements
* Acting as the backbone for structured service delivery, ensuring operational excellence that directly translates into superior customer value and satisfaction with our B.I.G. solutions
* Close collaboration with Product Management and Services to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution, acting as the operational integrator between business strategy and daily execution
Your profile
* Completed studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or alternatively equivalent vocational training combined with practical experience
* Several years of professional experience in Service Operations in a technical environment within a global matrix organisation, ideally in a company offering high-end hardware, instruments or devices
* Expertise in process design/optimisation and leading complex service processes holistically
* Experience with CRM-systems
* Business fluent in English, German is desired
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Change agent mentality for leading crossfunctional process transformation
* Strategic and customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of the contribution of service and operational excellence to customer value
* Intercultural team player with excellent communication and implementation skills and adept at stakeholder management
* Hands-on and structured working style
