Your Role: As a Partner in Bank Transformation Planning for the DACH region, you will lead transformative initiatives for banking clients, ensuring strategic alignment with SAP Fioneer's offerings. Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing transformation strategies tailored to banks in the DACH region
2. Engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals
3. Planning and shaping suitable transformation strategies collaboratively with clients
4. Leading large-scale transformation projects, aligning business and IT strategies
5. Fostering relationships with existing clients and seeking new market opportunities
6. Contributing to thought leadership and collaborating internally to enhance service offerings
7. Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams in the banking sector
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in consultancies, banks, or software companies, with a focus on commercial and corporate banking and a successful track record
* Deep expertise in corporate banking, especially global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, with solid technological understanding
* Network with key departments and stakeholders in banks offering global transaction banking services
* Experience with SAP products is advantageous
* Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus
