The company is looking for a (Junior) Product Manager specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to join their growing team. Main Tasks:
1. Develop technical concepts and processes in the AML and anti-money laundering prevention space, aligning with both regulatory and business requirements.

3. Create user stories for the development team and test software before launch to ensure its readiness.
4. Analyze APIs and data requirements from third-party systems to ensure smooth integration with existing architecture.
5. Contribute ideas to continuously improve products, processes, and systems.
Requirements
6. A degree in business, IT, or a related field.
7. A genuine passion for technology, complex business processes, and digital products, with an active interest in the FinTech market.
8. Initial professional experience in agile product development, ideally in the area of AML and money laundering prevention, or in a startup or management consultancy.
9. Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a clear focus on customer needs.
10. Excellent communication skills, combined with a hands-on mentality from idea generation to implementation.
11. Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
