Digital Content Creator Role
We're looking for a skilled digital content creator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage our digital ecosystem, including SEO, SEA, emailing, customer journey, and loyalty programs;
* Analyze campaign performance and adjust actions to meet growth objectives (KPIs, A/B testing);
* Oversee end-to-end management of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max);
* Use generative AI tools to boost productivity, generate content, personalize messages, or automate processes;
* Create engaging, visually appealing, and multimedia content tailored to our audience;
* Track and analyze KPIs of all digital actions (traffic, conversion, engagement, etc.);
* Produce monthly reports on marketing campaign performance and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
Requirements:
* Fluency in three languages (English), both written and spoken;
* Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication;
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing and content creation or as a UGC creator/influencer;
* Proficiency with content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, Sora, Veo, Nano Banana, Pletor, etc.;
* Mastery of social media and management tools: Hootsuite, Agorapulse, etc.;
* Strong command of SEO, SEA, and Meta Ads campaign tools;
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Passion for social media: you know the codes of TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram — and spot trends before they blow up;
* Data-driven mindset: love insights, testing, and continuous optimization;
* Creativity, outside-the-box thinking, rigor, and organizational skills;
* Initiative and a proactive attitude;
* Analytical mindset and adaptability to market trends;
* Autonomy, dedication, and a self-learning spirit;
* Flexibility to be available on some evenings and weekends.
