In addition to the activities of the TUM School of Management, thirteen computer science professorships will be located on the new TUM Campus Heilbronn to train young talent in one of the most innovative high-tech regions in Europe. The TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) is looking for full-time (100%) or part time (min. 50%) positions at the TUM Campus Heilbronn at the earliest possible date, Team Assistants (m/w/d) (CIT2025-15) Your tasks You will carry out administrative activities independently in the area of chair administration. You will support the administrative management of third-party funded projects and budget monitoring. You will support the organization and processing of study and examination matters. You will coordinate the chair's student and research assistants. You will organize and support the implementation of events (e.g., We expect them to be confident and experienced in using MS Office and have a good command of written and spoken German and English. They should be willing to contribute flexibly to our institute, which is currently being established, and enjoy communicating with international staff and students.
