Hydro Aluminium Metal a leading supplier of extrusion ingots, sheet ingots, foundry alloys, wire rods and high-purity aluminum with a global production network of around 5,000 employees. About the job
• Main contact for our customers in German-speaking and Eastern European countries
• Registration and follow- up of sales forecasts, contracts, sales orders, pricings, invoices, new customers and materials in the IT systems. (SAP, Portal, Sales App and other IT tools)
• Follow-up tolling balances with customers and plants
• Coordination between customers, sales directors, Hydro Extruded key account manager, production planners, sourcing manager, credit management and logistics to achieve and maintain the best possible OTD for customers
• Responsibility for registration and follow up of quality issues in cooperation with the customer technical support team and plant responsibles
• Visiting customers and Hydro plants optimizing cooperation with customers
• Assist sales director with budget process, forecasting and contract negotiations
• Participate in development of customer portal and related business systems
• Back-up for colleagues and sales director

Your qualifications and skills
• Graduate in a commercial education such as sales, procurement or marketing
• At least 5 years of Experience in commercial, with use of modern IT-tools like MS office and SAP
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Structured and well organized
• Participate actively in the market team organization
• Fluent in English, and an additional language is an advantage
• Willingness for some travelling
Work location: Optionally in Germany (Bonn, Neuss, Rackwitz), Norway (Karmoy, Oslo) or Slovakia (Ziar nad Hronom)
