The Background
This leading Relocation Management Consultancy is actively seeking an addition to their growing team in Frankfurt. Working as a Move Management / Household Goods Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a dedicated team of international removals professionals. This role will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and successful outcomes for both the employer and their clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Supervising a team of experienced Move Coordinators.
Responsibility for achieving budget P&L objectives.
Hiring, managing and motivating team members as well as engaging staff fully in the running of the day-to-day business.
Constantly reviewing cost base and set up to ensure that all resource is appropriate to business needs and drives maximum efficiency.
Manage and improve internal processes to drive quality improvement.
The Person:
Previous experience of working in the international moving industry with a strong track record of delivery.
A highly motivated, driven individual with excellent people management and staff engagement skills.
A strong focus on achieving measurable quality and process improvements throughout the business and driving efficiencies to maximise margin and overall profitability.
A keen commercial acumen with the ability to drive margin improvement on an ongoing basis.
The ability to work within a network organisation and to both manage and support other group offices with successful outcomes.
