Profile • Ensure the best customer experience • Customer loyalty management (CRM platform management) • Daily, weekly and monthly briefing and reporting • General store accounting • Analysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's and store performance • Stock take management Requirements: • Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager • A positive, dynamic and energetic individual • A strong desire to achieve results • Exceptional people motivation and management skills • A passion for the industry and brand • Proficiency in German / English • Additional languages beneficial
