Service Delivery Specialist (m/f/d)
at Nova, you take on a central role in our service operations. You manage customer‑ and account‑related activities, are responsible for the service revenues in your region, and ensure that our services are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in the highest quality. With your organizational talent and strong customer focus, you coordinate internal and external interfaces, provide technical support in pre‑sales, and make sure that our customers always receive the best possible service experience. Your Tasks You manage
customer‑ and account‑related service activities
together with the international sales organization. You are responsible for the
service revenue
in your
regions, including forecasting and ongoing business KPIs. You lead
operational service and delivery processes, ensuring on‑time order processing and end‑to‑end order fulfillment. You manage
customer requirements ,
quotations, and
orders, including backlog monitoring, delivery schedule coordination, and acting as the interface to Service Operations. You work closely with
Service Engineers and HQ teams, provide
technical support in pre‑sales, and ensure
SLA compliance .
Your Profile Completed studies in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Management, or a comparable field 2-5 years of experience in a technical role, along with strong customer and service orientation Strong analytical and reporting skills Confident handling of
ERP systems Ability to work in a structured manner and
maintain oversight in a dynamic, highly technological environment
