As the Market Manager Kenya you will act as the local entrepreneurial leader and collaborate closely with the Headquarter in Germany to ensure sustainable business growth in Kenya. You combine operational sales management with strategic business development, ensuring that we grow profitably today and in the future with our portfolio of generics and food supplements
Ensure Denk Pharma products (pharmaceuticals and food supplements) are readily available and accessible in the market
Develop visionary and comprehensive marketing plans, drive all commercialization, marketing and promotional activities to accomplish sales plans in alignment with company goals and the Denk Regional Sales Manager in Germany
Ensure that marketing campaigns and product launches are successfully implemented in your market, contributing to the brand awareness of Denk Pharma
Sales/Medical Representatives, Supervisors and Sales Director through clearly defined goals and strong leadership based on values to achieve continuous high performance
Act as a point of contact, link, and role model between your Kenya and the Headquarter with different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs or Regulatory Affairs ,Quality, Supply Chain, and our regional business partners.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical sector
Sales & Product Launch Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales and product launches, ideally of pharmaceutical products or food supplements in dynamic markets
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
