The ideal candidate will manage a lean team of creatives and specialists, overseeing everything from content strategy to marketing funnels and affiliate campaigns. This is a leadership role focused on orchestration—not execution.You’ll be responsible for aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, refining messaging and positioning, and ensuring all touchpoints—from social content to sales materials—resonate with a highly selective audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect the content team in creating and managing a high-performing social media calendar across platforms including Instagram, Telegram, X, and Rumble.Marketing Asset DevelopmentGuide the creation of brochures, promo videos, digital and print sales materials, event collateral, and premium brand artifacts (e.g., coffee table books).Design and implement a referral and affiliate framework to attract high-quality prospects through aligned partners and brand advocates.Audit and improve the customer journey from first contact to final sale. Oversee CRO, retargeting strategies, landing page structure, and messaging hierarchy.Team ManagementLead and coordinate a small remote team of writers, editors, ad buyers, and support staff.
