The position is structured as a learning-oriented internship with close collaboration.
Duration: August 2026
Format: flexible, task-oriented
Personality and motivation will be regarded as the most important traits.

The exhibition centres on the work of Yoshiyuki Kakedo, whose practice unfolds through a continuous, decades-long engagement with repetition, colour, and form. His works condense a philosophy of interconnectedness into visual structures that move between precision and dissolution — where fields of points, circular movements and layered surfaces evoke both atomistic fragmentation and a sense of unity.
Fluency in English and German is regarded as ideal for this position.
An ability to communicate in order to connect, to always remain accountable, and to approach tasks with a solution-oriented rather than problem-oriented mindset is expected.
Berlin-based candidates are preferred, with an office close to Humboldthain Park.
Working hours are flexible and depend on the stage of the exhibition.
Good prioritisation is essential.
This is an unpaid position with exposure to potential upside of the portfolio.
