You as part of tonies: As a CFO Office Analyst in the CFO Office & Performance Management team, you are the vital link that transforms our strategic vision into operational reality. You sit at the heart of the finance organization, driving the Finance Transformation toward our target picture while ensuring that day-to-day business activities and internal collaborations remain seamless and efficient. In this role, you don't just observe; you execute. You act as an interface between the CFO’s strategic goals and the global finance functions. Operating at the highest executive level, you will gain insights into strategic decision-making. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Roadmap & Transformation: You take over the day-to-day management of the Finance Roadmap, including planning, re-prioritization, and tracking complex dependencies to drive the target picture for Finance Transformation at tonies Project Management: You support end-to-end project management for finance-driven cross-functional transformation projects, including establishing project plans, running kick-offs, and providing regular status updates Operational Alignment: You are responsible for managing cross-functional processes such as annual and quarterly financial publications, establishing standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and timely delivery Board & Governance Preparation: You coordinate the foundational preparation of materials for key meetings, including Audit Committees, Supervisory Board, and C-Level presentations Calendar & Finance Governance: You take ownership of the Finance Calendar, ensuring cross-functional collaboration for key deadlines while maintaining the ASANA project plan Meeting Leadership & Excellence: You prepare and guide the agenda for CFO Governance and Leadership Team meetings (e.g., CFO All Hands, Prime Time), ensuring meetings are efficient and deliverables are on time Finance IT & Data Partnership: You partner with Finance IT and Systems teams to ensure efficient financial processes and IT solutions that align with the broader data model and transformation goals Ad-hoc Support & Agility: You act as a high-speed resource for the CFO Office, handling urgent ad-hoc requests and providing the analytical basis to help reprioritize initiatives in response to shifting business needs What we are looking for: Education & Experience: Degree with a focus on finance, business administration, or a comparable field 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, PMO, or as an analyst, ideally within a finance or controlling area Demonstrated track record in Stakeholder Management, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build partnerships Technical Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of Finance Transformation and change management principles Experience and Knowledge of using project management tools like Asana or Jira and advanced Excel Proficiency in building executive-ready presentations and visualizing complex data The ability to partner with Finance IT and Systems to ensure efficient data flows and process optimization Personal Strengths: You feel comfortable in a hybrid work environment and possess the communication skills required to interact confidently with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams Problem-Solving Mentality: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to structuring undefined problems You are fluent in English Why tonies?
