We are seeking a dedicated Requirements Engineer to join our Airbus Defence and Space team, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements for complex systems. The Requirements Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system requirements align with business objectives, leveraging tools like Cameo Modelling and the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) to facilitate clear communication, traceability, and effective requirements management in an Agile environment.

You will lead a technical team across multiple sites, overseeing system breakdown, requirements engineering, testing, and planning while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and line management, this role requires strong decision-making, self-organization, and the ability to
**clients, end-users, Chief or Lead Engineers, developers) to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
* * Requirements Management * : Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintain traceability between requirements, design, and testing artifacts, leveraging Cameo Modelling for traceability matrices
* * Change Management * : Manage changes to requirements, assessing impacts and documenting updates for approval workflows
* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience as a System Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in systems or software development projects, with a focus on the defense or automotive industry
* Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
* Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
* Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe would be beneficial
