Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Student to assist with updating and maintaining data in our Human Resource Management (HRM) system and providing support for various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a student who is looking to gain practical experience in human resources and data administration while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our HR operations.
1. Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information
3. Add new employee records, ensuring all required fields are completed
4. Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-related tasks and activities.
6. Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
7. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Familiarity with HRM systems.
10. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
11. Experience with database management is a plus.
12. Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required, and knowledge in German is a plus.
13. Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required.
14. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

17. Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
