Your Key Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, your mission is to oversee daily operations and provide high-level administrative support.

Your daily tasks will include:

Reception & Correspondence: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Administration: Maintaining physical and digital records to ensure information is easily accessible and dispatch to the right service.

Office Operations: Managing the physical workspace, coordinating repairs, and overseeing security and communal areas.

Supply & Logistics: Tracking inventory and ordering office supplies to prevent work interruptions.

Financial Support: Assisting with bookkeeping, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.

This list is not exhaustive.

You will be the office manager of our new office, where there is still much to be done.

Depending on your skills, the scope of the role may be expanded and the contract converted to full-time position


What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an autonomous and results-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills:

* Proven experience in administration, or a similar role.

* Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite .

* A hands-on approach with the ability to identify problems and propose process improvements.

* High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

* Strong intercultural skills and a collaborative spirit.

* Fluent in English & German

Bonus: Prior knowledge of accounting is a plus!
